Refund Policy

For protecting your shopping rights benefit:

1. After you receive the package, please take the photo or the video when you unpack the parcel.  

2. If there are any problem about the product, please contact us first by Email.You might sent the video or photos you took to us by Email.

3. After confirmation, we will refund or replace.

【About Refund】

1. Please contact customer service via email within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return. A return request for the problem of the product you received, please attach the photos or videos of the products you took. After 14 days, it will not be accepted any refund or replacement request after the deadline.

2. After the customer service confirms, we will send you the specific return procedure by email.

3. Before sending the returned product, please confirm it with the customer service, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4. The returned goods which sent back, must be in the complete package at the time of receipt and there is no trace of wearing the goods, keep the product in its original status.

5. We refuse to receive the parcel paid by the recipient.

6. After we receive the package you sent back and confirmation, we will contact you via email to process a refund for you.

【About Replace】

7. For replacements that belong to the scope of replace,,we will ship the goods to you by default shipping by free. For replacements that do not belong to the scope of replace, the cost of shipping will be paid by the buyer.
