【Q2】: What should I do if the product I purchased won't turn on or be charged?
【A2】: Please charge the product for at least 8 hours before using it for the first time. Then press and hold the power button for seconds to work normally.

【Q5】: What should I do if there is a problem with the product I purchased?
【A5】: After you receive the package, please take the photo or the video when you unpack the parcel.
If there are any problem about the product, please contact us first by Email.
You might sent the video or photos you took to us by Email.

【A7】: We have two shipping options you can choose: one option is Free shipping, but it will be delivered around  20-30days. Another option is Express Shipping with $13.96, it will be delivered around  7-14days.
